Rotary is an association of more than 30,000 Rotary Clubs in 164 countries around the world. Nearly 1.2 million business and professional men and women constitute the membership of these clubs which share the purpose of providing humanitarian service, encouraging high ethical standards in all vocations, and building goodwill and peace in the world. They give life to the Rotary motto, service above self. Rotarians organise and run local as well as international events to fund raise for needy causes.

We involve ourselves in Christmas collections, race nights, cycle rides, Kids out for disadvantaged or disabled children, the aquabox project giving clean water to those in need, funding for the Jaipur limb project for land mine victims, save the children and Rehab.

We meet to further our community service and for fellowship on Thursdays at the Alton House Hotel.
